Manufactory
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Manufactory is a score attack game in which you manually control a selection of machines to fabricate items. The focal point of the game is a very tactile gameplay experience enabled by minimalist pixel art and organic sounddesign. The UI and "manual" in this game are slightly cryptic and might require some manual investigation to be fully understood. This is an intended part of the gameplay experience that was inspired by modular synth panel and function designs by manufacturers such as Make Noise and Frap Tools.

Disclaimers:
- The factory (not the menus) can be controlled exclusively with keyboard, mouse or a combination of both.
- Keyboard shortcuts are referring to physical positions of keys. If you aren't using a standard US keyboard I recommend referencing this graphic to know where the keys should be on your keyboard: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/22/KB_US-International.svg/2880px-KB_US-International.svg.png
- On MacOS the game shows a crash message on exit. This is caused by the unofficial FMOD integration and doesn't cause any data loss.
- On Windows there are two very rare bugs (probably also caused by the FMOD integration) that break the application or make it crash once you complete the game. So far they have not been reproducible which is why I couldn't fix them yet. I greatly appreciate any clues on what might be causing these issues.

Nice Work, Stasys!
The game has a natural look for gamers, combining vintage graphics with modern motions. It feels almost high-end because of the detailed yet cosy Sounddesign. It definitely melts everything into a nice Sound- & Gamescape ;)
Although I used to play a lot of games in the past, I'm too slow to accomplish the tasks to reach the last step yet^^ I also needed a few minutes to find out, how the game works. Maybe some Introduction Animation would smoothen the process.
Thanks for developing!
The graphics are so beautiful! The new machines are quite confusing at first, but it's nice when you get the keyboard controls right. The sound effects when processing were also pleasant and fun to play.
I love this artstyle :D
I enjoyed this!
Excited to try the game.. isn't there a version for linux?
no version for linux, sorry!
Game looks awesome! I can't wait to get the high score ^_^
